The BinWorth Report
What the parts you already hold have actually been selling for. For every active listing we tell you what the same part sold for, how much evidence stands behind that, and what to do: lower to move, raise, or hold.
Built for ITAD and server-parts resellers. We start with memory modules; other product types follow.
What you get back
- Every line, grouped by action, with a count and the dollars asked in each group, in your inbox and on your own report page.
- Your ask beside what the part sold for: the typical sale over the last six months, the band where most of it sold, and how far your ask sits from it.
- Evidence depth on every line. Where the evidence is thin, or we are not sure a sale is the same part, we leave the number out and say so. A blank beats a guess.
- A link to eBay's own sold and active search for the part number we priced under, so you can check the sales yourself.
- Suggested listing changes, such as a part number spelled the way buyers and the sold history search for it.
- A report page where you mark each line done or won't do, leave notes, and tell us what we got wrong.
What a line looks like
Illustrative and anonymised: the ask is made up; the market numbers are a real read of the part.

| Samsung 16GB 1Rx4 DDR4-2400 ECC RDIMM Lower to move · depth: deep | $79.99 | $59.22 band $50.00–$66.12 | 21% over |
Turnaround
Your first report within 5 business days of getting your store name or inventory list. After that, a report on your active listings every week.
How we handle data
We report counts, medians, bands and our reads. We never republish anyone's listing or sold record, and we never name another seller. Your own listings and sales are shown to you in full and to nobody else.
Request a report
We are working with a small number of resellers as design partners while we finish the product. Partners use it free for a fixed term, and the price after the term is written down before you start.
Tell us your eBay store name, or send an inventory list in whatever form you keep it.
